Rosa Morena

Singer and actress, born July 11, 1940 in Badajoz, Spain - died December 4 in Badajoz, Spain 2019 of cancer.
Very popular flamenco pop icon. She won the [i]American Critics Association Award of New York[/i] in 1964. In 1970, she represented Spain in the [i]X International Festival of Split (Split 70 - X Internacionalni Festival Zabavne Muzike)[/i] with [i]Tú no me la das[/i], there she won the [i]Critics Association Award of Split[/i]. In the same year she represented Andorre in the [i]V Festival Internacional da Canção[/i] in Rio with [i]Como un pájaro (Como ave)[/i], where she won the [i]Critics Association Award of Rio[/i]. She is the winner of the [i]1972 Montjuich Song Contest[/i] with the song [i]El Berebito[/i].
