Gino d'Auri (born 1937, Rome, Italy; died 26 January 2007, Los Angeles, California, USA) was a classical and flamenco guitarist. He moved to Los Angeles in 1967. He met [a=Stephen Hill] in 1980 who produced his debut album Nuevos Caminos (later reissued as Passion Play). He also played in support of [a=Keiko Matsui] on two of her albums in the 1980s. While his is known primarily as a flamenco guitarist he also mixed Indian, Middle Eastern and Latin rhythms and styles into his compositions.
