- Tears Music Co., Ltd. (ティアーズ音楽事務所) is an independent record label and music production company based in Tokyo, Japan. It is owned and directed by Yasuhiro Fujiwara.
The label was formed in 1993 and became famous in the mid-90's for producing popular visual kei acts like BAISER (2) and PENICILLIN. In 2002 Tears Music and Omega Project Holdings were combined into Omega A.T. music to produce releases by PENICILLIN. After that the label was bought by the Korean company Rei Corporation and focused on activities in Korea.
Recently Tears Music resumed activities in Japan producing new kinds of artists.
