- London based company established on March 22, 1902, to sell Edison phonographs, records, and other products in the United Kingdom. For a time, it also had offices in Berlin, Paris, and Brussels. These offices later became separate companies. In addition to distributing Edison products, the company also maintained a factory and a recording studio. The company changed its name to Thomas A. Edison, Ltd. in August 1912.
