- The former Songs Of PolyGram International, Inc. Publishing company, affiliated to BMI (IPI #353265272). It is a division of Universal Music Publishing Group, and its main purpose is a sub-publishing of foreign music works (written by foreign songwriters not directly affiliated to, but represented in the U.S. by BMI) controlled by any of the international subsidiaries of Universal Music Publishing Group. This company was created in 1999 after the Universal takeover of PolyGram at the start of that year.
