- Canadian CD/DVD pressing plant opened on February 19, 1986 and closed in February 2011. It was a joint operation by a consortium including MPO, SNC Group of Montréal and the Québec Government. Like many Canadian companies, it has two legal names, one in French (Disque Americ Inc.) and one in English (Americ Disc Inc.). See also Disque Americ and Americ Disc.
