Canadian record label established 1973 in Toronto by former GRT Of Canada Ltd. sales manager Ed LaBuick at the same time he launched its sister label Cachet Records. Canadian manufacturing and distribution was handled by Pickwick Records Of Canada Ltd.. Australian distribution was handled by Summit Records Australia. US distribution was initially handled by Pickwick. When originally launched in February 1973 the label used a "ribbon" logo similar to Cachet Records. Within a few weeks it was changed to a "Union Jack" logo. In 1974 LaBuick sold the label to its main act, London Bobby (aka Hugh Robert Smith).
