- This is not a label but a >>SERIES<< Issued in a 50 volume (2 records per box) set. Each LP was pressed with a special vinyl formulation that enabled a clear, quiet playing surface on a more rigid (heavy weighted) LP disc. Every record was pressed and processed in an atmosphere controlled “clean room.” using pure virgin "ruby red colored" vinyl. Included biographical and historical booklet with photographs about the artists featured. Some boxes also included a letter from the vice president and director of the label with his signed seal of each LP's quality and guarantee. Sealed containers (box sets) have 2-3 thin styrofoam sheets in between each disc and booklet meant for protecting the contents during shipping.
Note: there are some variations that are comprised of a 4 LP set & also 4 cassette versions. For example master release that were also released.
