Mastering credit for Gilbert Kong was carried over from original LP credits, although there is some speculation that it was mastered by Dennis Drake.
This release appears to be the same as the 1984 German version (https://www.discogs.com/Rod-Stewart-Every-Picture-Tells-A-Story/release/3293822), even says "Printed in West Germany" on tray card - except on this one the disc does not have the GEMA rights society logo and says MADE IN USA instead of MADE IN W. GERMANY BY POLYGRAM.
