Flipback sleeve with later-style smaller catalogue no. and 'Stereo' at top right, as on [r=5686313].
Original two-sided poster may be included. No insert, which replaced poster.
No mention of the later K44069 catalogue number appears anywhere on labels, runouts or sleeve.

This issue effectively has the first-style disc/label and second style sleeve.
It is likely transitional, falling somewhere between the first issues (with the steamboat label/PYE sleeve) and the 1971 issue (with the tan label/Warner sleeve).

Front sleeve:
Laminated.
W-Reprise logo and '6340' at top right corner (no mention of Stereo).

Back sleeve:
Matte unlaminated print.
3-fold laminate flip-back.
Left column has no lines for ATV address or Pye distribution.
At top right, in small font: 'RSLP 634O' with 'Stereo' beneath it.
At bottom right: 'WARNER BROS, RECORDS LTD'
Below that, a small-text block with "This stereo record can be..." information.
Below that, just above flipback, "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patent No. 943,895".
