"Due to technical problems and production issues with certain tracks on the night of the show, not all discs have been presented as a complete concert. Using modern technology we have endeavoured to correct and amend any flaws on the original analogue tapes where possible, and present as complete a series of shows from Thin Lizzy's Live And Dangerous era."
The contents of this release will be identical to the worldwide release, except for SHM-CD format and a description with Japanese translation. This box set is a collection of first-ever live performances from "Live and Dangerous," a milestone live album that has etched its mark on rock history. The set consists of 8 CDs containing all the songs from the album plus 7 concert recordings from the same period, as well as detailed commentary and rare photo materials. Disc 1 contains all the songs from "Live and Dangerous," which was a two-disc set on the analog version (using a new master produced especially for this release). Discs 2-4 include three shows at the Hammersmith Odeon in London, November 14-16, 1976. Discs 5 and 6 include two performances at the Tower Theatre in Philadelphia on October 20 & 21, 1977. Disc 7 includes a performance at Seneca College Field House in Toronto on October 28, 1977. Disc 8 includes a performance at London's Rainbow Theatre on March 29, 1978.
