Mono release
Mono and stereo versions have identical sleeves with the same catalogue number - "TP 727". The mono version has "TP . 727" on its labels, while the stereo has "STP. 727". The stereo was issued with a rectangular "stereo" sticker on the sleeve.
The TP, rather than T, prefix, indicates a disc from the "bonus catalogue" - available for 30 bonus points (in the U.K., members accrued 10 points for each LP purchased above the annual minimum of four per year). Offered as part of the 1967-68 "bonus catalogue", which ran from July 1967.
