This release comes with a 4th issue blue 10x10 die-cut outer sleeve and an 2nd issue pink insert.

The positioning of the hand applied sticker can vary making the die cuts on the cover appear to tilt right (correct spine print orientation), tilt left (upside-down spine print orientation) or have the opening at the top (spine print on bottom) but it is all the same cover.
