This is a promo of the album created by the band's US label for press. It is a cardboard box with album art sticker on front that says "Shake And Serve. Pop The CD Into Player, Turn Up The Volume And Rock!". Inside is the full CD in jewel case, 1 quart bag of Franco's Margarita Mix with a Performance and Cocktails sticker on the front (same as box), a custom printed stirring stick and white rubber band both with the band's logo and album title, and finally a VHS tape of the 'electronic press kit' with a plain white label. These would have been mailed only to press in the US prior to the album release.
