• Keiichi Miyashita (b. 1970) is a Japanese space-rock/noise/experimental guitarist and composer from Tokyo. He invented the new "instant composing" method for his live shows, performing with a guitar, tape echo, analog synthesizers, and other electronics. Keiichi has been influenced by many genres and styles, such as rock'n'roll (particularly in his childhood), R&B, blues, jazz, avant-garde, folk, country, krautrock, and minimal music.
  
  Miyashita began his career in 1990 as a jazz guitarist, playing shows at various concert halls, venues, and festivals all over Japan. After a long hiatus, Keiichi resumed his musical activities as Mandog in the early 2000s, using this name to record and perform both solo and with a rotating cast of musicians. In 2002, Keiichi joined Damo Suzuki's Network as a lead guitarist for their US tour. MANDOG also participated in Mani Neumeier's Japanese concerts in 2004. A few other projects he collaborated with include Godman (with Acid Mothers Temple members) and Zeni Geva.
