• Candy Parker is a Canadian experimental filmmaker, a friend and collaborator of Bruce LaBruce who was involved in the publishing of J.D.s queer "homocore" punk zine (between 1985 and 1991). She produced several experimental shorts, including Sexbombs! (1987), Interview with a Zombie (1995), and Bruce and Pepper Wayne Gacy's Home Movies in 1988, co-directed with LaBruce and starring him alongside Dave Dictor and G.B. Jones; this imaginary sequence of "home movies" by two children or notorious serial killer John Wayne Gacy (1942—1994) was completed and first screened while Gacy was still incarcerated on death row. It became the earliest and one of only two dramatizations of J.W. Gacy's life and crimes (albeit, indirect in their case) that came out before the killer's execution in May 1994, alongside a 1992 TV film, To Catch a Killer, with Brian Dennehy portraying Gacy.
