Business Before Pleasure

Formed in 1974 by Brian Hamilton in East Elmhurst, New York
The group went through a multitude of member changes from `74-`81, playing throughout the Tri-State area before touring Quebec, Canada with Ila Vann in 1976.
They were signed to Sylvia Robinson`s All Platinum Records in 1977 and released the "DEMO" 45 rpm single "I'm In The Prime Of Love"/"Funk You" on the Stang Label. Returned to Canada in 1978 with Melisa Morgan and toured for 2 1/2 years.
Also had Darby Mills of the Headpins as their lead singer for a short time. The group disbanded in 1981 but many members remained active in the music world.
