American dance music singer, born in Virginia and raised in New Jersey.
He is best known for his gospel-influenced vocals on house records throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
Four of his singles charted on the USA Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in the mid-1990s, including "[m=136665]" which hit No. 1 in 1994. The same track peaked at No. 53 on the UK Singles Chart.
