• Dave Lambert started his career in the industry as a journalist in the 1990's and became involved with EMI's first dance label Positiva. He worked as A&R at AM:PM and his relationship with Strictly Rhythm continued with licensing deals for the UK market, becoming A&R at Strictly Rhythm UK. He has had success with several number one records, including Reel 2 Reel's "I Like To Move It".
