• Canadian promoter and manager. Was an early manager of Neil Young and Joni Mitchell in the mid-1960s and after they moved to the US he entered the concert promotion business with Martin Onrot Associates. In 1970 he was Vice President of Mort Ross' Revolution Records Limited and co-founded Revolution Artist Management with Ross. Later established promotion company/management agency Encore Productions Ltd. Joined the O'Keefe Center, Toronto as Programming Manager in 1984, became Senior Manager of Programming and Marketing in 1987 and was appointed General Manager on January 1, 1990.
