Prinz Ezo

[b]Prinz Ezo[/b] was a pseudonym created by an acclaimed Danish electronic musician [a=Bjørn Christiansen], or [a=Bjørn Svin], for more experimental and minimalistic productions — in the artist's own words, "[i]narrative dance music [...] with tension, energy and drama that aims to be not music[/i]." One of Prinz Ezo's earliest appearances was in December 2004 on [i][r=359860][/i] 2xLP compilation from [l=ElectrARos] label, listed as a producer for a one-off collaborative duo [a=Contradition Boys] with [a=Aasmund Kverneland]/[a=Copyflex].

In 2005, Prinz Ezo debuted with a full-length album on a Copenhagen-based label [l=Tech-Nology], available as [i][m=404104][/i] 2x12" or an expanded [i][r=505375][/i] CD edition. It featured two [b][a=Prins Esso][/b]'s tracks from 2002, initially released via [a=Pelle Krøgholt]'s innovative netlabel [l=DataMusik]. The next year, Ezo presented another 12-inch on Tech-Nology, [i][r=646911][/i] in the edition of only 50 copies, recorded with yet another Aasmund Kverneland's alter ego [a=Flext]. He also released [i][r=840614][/i] 12" EP on [l=Tender Productions] in November 2006.
