• Μάκης Μάτσας (Makis Matsas) (Born on the late 1930s in Athens, Greece) is one of the most best-known music executives in Greece.
  Chairman of Minos-EMI from October 1990. After his retirement in 2003, he was succeeded by Κώστας Μπουρμάς. He remained in the company as Chairman of the Board.
  Married to Ρούλα Μάτσα with whom they have a daughter (Margarita Matsa, CEO of Minos-EMI S.A.) and a son (Minos Matsas).
  
  Co-founder of the pioneer Greek record company Μίνως Μάτσας & Υιός Α.Ε. (with his father Μίνως Μάτσας) in November 1960 and later of the labels Minos (2) (December 1968) and Margophone (end of 1960s).
  Minos-EMI was formed after the merge of EMIAL (Greek EMI joint venture) and Minos (2).
  
  Before launching the Minos (2) label, Μίνως Μάτσας & Υιός Α.Ε. was Greek exclusive distributor of Odeon and Parlophone.
