- Finnish record company. Active from 1982 to 1984, and re-established in 1989. Merged to Universal Music Oy on December 31, 2014.
The company P. Karhu Oy changed its name to Johanna Kustannus Oy in 1982. The company went bankrupt in 1984. After the name was removed from the company register in 1989, Atte Blom and three others founded a company with the same name. In 2002 Love Kustannus Oy became the majority shareholder of Johanna Kustannus Oy.
In 2010 it was announced that Universal Music Oy will acquire Love Kustannus, Johanna Kustannus and Siboney, including the back catalog of Love Records (4).
