Starting in 1962, the Cameo and Parkway labels were combined into "Cameo-Parkway" with a new logo. With dwindling chart success, the company became bankrupt in 1967 and was bought by Allen Klein, who turned it into ABKCO Records. In the late 1990s, ABKCO revived the Cameo-Parkway name for a series of remastered CD compilations from its catalog and the "Cameo-Parkway Story" box set.
NOTE: UK releases of Cameo-Parkway material used a combined logo (using the respective print logos) in the mid-Sixties.
