- TEMPSTAR or Tempstar Records is a brand label name, which appears on 2 types of pirate products:
1) Audio CDs (Factory pressed - usually with "PD xxxxx" in the matrix number, where "xxxxx" is a 4 or 5 digits number)
2) MP3 CD-ROM compilations (CD-Rs with factory-printed artwork and surface design)
Audio CDs from this label are known for their unique artwork - very different from official versions of the corresponding releases. They are probably manufactured by the same company as makes MP3 Music Collection CD-ROMs (as both have similar "PD ....." patterns in the matrix numbers).
The MP3 CDr compilations under this label are manufactured and distributed by the same company as produces Digital Records (6) compilations.
