  • Corona Films Lydstudier (sometimes referred to as Corona Studiet) was the sound recording studio of the Danish film company Corona Film A/S. Operating from May 1st 1965 to late 1966, it was located in a villa in Jersie Strand, south of Copenhagen. Owners were Leif Jul and Ib Andreasen. Engineer (tonemester) was Jerry Katz, former engineer at the pirate radio station Radio Mercur. The studio was one of the most advanced at that time. In 1965 the studio was used by Rhapsody Records (2) for recordings specialising in sound effects.

Corona Film was from 1966 affiliated with Ecco Records (2) co-owned by Erik Haaest and Leif Jul and used for recording all releases on Ecco Records in 1966.
Co-owner Erik Haaest was also editor of teen music magazine Beat (existed 1965-66).
Beat Record Club (existed in 1966) was a record club affiliated to Beat with Peer Jansen as producer. All recordings for the Beat Record Club singles was recorded at Corona Studiet.
The whole project went bankrupt in late 1966.
After Beat had folded in 1966, Erik Haaest startet the magazine Børge.
