- German publishing and printing company, located in Hannover.
Originally established in 1827 by brothers (hence "Gebrüder") Friedrich and Christian Jänecke.
Full company names after the war: Druck- und Verlagshaus Gebrüder Jänecke GmbH (June 1947 - June 1971) and Gebrüder Jänicke KG (July 1947 - May 1974).
The printing activities were stopped in March 1974 and the company moved to Laatzen. Liquidation proceedings and dissolution started in May 1974.
Also appears as: Gebr. Jänecke, Hannover.
Next to printing and publishing, the company was also engaged in producing letterpress ink and printing colours as "Jänecke & Schneemann".
