In 1990 Trutone relocated to a 15,000 sq foot facility in Hackensack, New Jersey. In late 2003, Trutone relocated to the former home of Record Plant, N.Y.C. They remained at this location until 2008, before moving to their current location in Nanuet, New York. In August 2008, the company was acquired by manufacturing broker Sound Performance.
