On the later of these labels, Hec Music is sometimes shown as [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/266606-HEC-Music-Ltd]Hec Music Ltd], but it was never legally registered as a UK limited company. [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/266605-B-Feldman-Co-Ltd]‘B. Feldman & Co. Ltd’] was however, an established music publishing company launched in 1946, so perhaps they were providing the legitimate publishing services for Hec Music...?
