- Manufacturing and distribution company, established May 1988 and operating under this name until November 1990.
After WEA International acquired TELDEC Schallplatten GmbH, it merged the manufacturing activities with Record Service GmbH, forming TELDEC Record Service GmbH. The pressing plant in Nortorf, TELDEC Press GmbH was not part of the merger and remained a separate company.
The company was headquartered in Hamburg, Germany while the manufacturing and printing divisions (called Record Service) were located in Alsdorf, near Aachen.
In November 1990 the company was renamed to Warner Music Manufacturing Europe GmbH.
