Sweet Silence Upstairs Studios

- A Sweet Silence Studios B-studio located on the 2nd floor of the main building on the corner of Strandlodsvej and Øresundsvej. Apparently the studio is only credited with the 'upstairs' designation in the period 1994 to 1998. Name variations: Studio Upstairs Copenhagen, Sweet Silence/Upstairs or simply Upstairs Studios.
In collaboration with Thomas Brekling, the Sweet Silence premises on the 2nd floor were set up as a sound studio in 1990, see Granny Studio. When the collaboration with Brekling ended around 1994/95, the 2nd floor studio facilities were for a short time credited as the Upstairs studio, which was later simply perceived as a Sweet Silence B-studio. Before this, in the 1980s, the premises were, among other things, used as rehearsel rooms and as accommodation for the musicians in the studio. For example Metallica when they recorded master release in 1984.
