Optical Disc Manufacturing (Oem) was a CD / DVD pressing plant with glass mastering capabilities, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, U.S.A.
The company formed in March 2000 and began production that summer. It changed its name to CDA, Inc. on December 23, 2014 following Oem's purchase of CDA (4). For similar releases with glass mastering dates on or after Dec. 23, 2014 please see CDA ImPressing Solutions, USA.
Discs manufactured by Oem can be identified by the following matrix patterns, in conjunction with:
• mastering SID codes IFPI LN06, LN07, LN08 or LN09
• mould SID codes IFPI JIxx or HD0x

• [ccc] is a client name and/or reference code.
• nnnnnnn is a five to seven digit sequential number assigned by Oem and may be entered as their catalogue number.
• 0z is a two-digit number usually ending in 1.
• CDx indicate media type CDA (CD-Audio), CDM (CD-ROM) [Gen 1, Gen 2]
• yy indicates year of glass master eg 01 = 2001, 02 = 2002 [Gen 1, Gen 2]
• mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss is the month/day/year hour:minute:second of the glass mastering [Gen 2 to Gen 4]
• TT is either AM or PM [Gen 2 to Gen 4]
• #bbbbbb is a four to six digit batch number assigned by Oem but is NOT a catalog number [Gen 4]
• Dx is the disc number in a multi disc set [Gen 4]
