- RTL (Radio Telediffusion Luxembourg) - formerly known as RTL Plus - is a German commercial television station. It's part of the Media Group RTL Germany and owned by RTL Group, Luxembourg, which is majority-owned by German media conglomerate Bertelsmann AG.

RTL started broadcasting on 2 January 1984 in Luxembourg but moved 1988 to Cologne, Germany.

The subsidary RTL Interactive GmbH pools all online and transaction-based business areas beyond classic television (Online, Mobile, Licensing, Games Publishing etc.)
