The A-Side says written by Martha Williams but was in fact written by the three principle members of Convertion.
Although listed as a [a=Convertion] track, the B-Side is in fact the original version of [a=Four Flights]' 1978 track, "[m=81683]". This release is partially unofficial because, according to [a=Dunn Pearson Jr.], [l=Sam Records] added "All I Want Is You" as the B-side to this record without his consent. The credit to "J. Carter" as a co-writer is unexplained.
