Tracks 1 and 5 - Manchester Uni 27/10/02.
Tracks 2, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 - The Garage 16/08/2000.
Tracks 3, 4 and 9 - Ozzfest 26/05/2001.
Demo Side -
Demo tracks were recorded at Premier Studios Corby between 1988 and 2001.
All were either produced and engineered by Iain Wetherall or co-produced by Iain Wetherall / Raging Speedhorn.
The album is titled as "Live And Demos" on the front cover and on the discs, and as "Live & Demos" on the spines.
The album is packaged in a slimline 2CD jewel case and an 8-page booklet.
