Deluxe edition with PVC outer sleeve. Sleeve artwork is distributed on outer sleeve and sleeve. Both layers do form a combined artwork.
Issued with a printed inner sleeve with artwork and credits, 180 gram black vinyl, digital download card and hype sticker on PVC sleeve.
The download card is bonded to the inner sleeve.

Runouts are hand-etched, side denoters are super- and subscripted.
Side A runouts are partially incorrect, as there is a different cat# engraved and the Optimal GmbH product number points to a release pressed around September/October 2017. The Hookworms vinyl was pressed around 4 months later. By this, Optimal product# BH09545 seems rather to be the correct one, while BH99757 seems to belong to the scratched out release on runout side A.
