Recorded live at the Regal Theatre, Chicago, Nov. 21, 1964.
On the promo label is written: A Product of Am-Par Record Corp. On all other early releases, the text is: A Product of ABC-Paramount Records, Inc.
Song-writing credentials for B4, which was written by Victoria Spivey & Reuben Floyd, are missing, both on the label and cover. All 1965 releases carry this mistake. By the time of the 1967 reissue of [r=989149] it was corrected.
The cover makes no mention of the six-piece band backing B.B. King at The Regal; Bobby Forte (tenor sax), Duke Jethro (organ, piano), Kenny Sands (trumpet), Johnny Board (tenor sax), Leo Lauchie (bass), and Sonny Freeman (drums).
