Packaged in a standard jewel case with 6 panel booklet.
- Some copies came with square fold out insert "25 Best Albums Blue Note, The Best Of Blue Note" and a "25 Best Albums Blue Note" sticker on the front of the jewel case
- The first catalog number appears on the spine and back cover of the CD.
- The second number appears on the CD face and the matrix.
- The DADC number appears on the tray card and the CD face.

"The historic April 25, 1960 session of Jimmy Smith, which introduced Stanely Turrentine to Blue Note and the mass jazz public in general, produced 'Back At The Chicken Shack', 'Midnight Special' and a leftover tune On The Sunny Side Of The Street, which was ultimately released on [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/1015315-Jimmy-Smith-On-The-Sunny-Side]Smith's Blue Note LT-1092[/url] in 1981. That tune is now added to the CD version of this Blue Note album. - Michael Cuscuna"
