This limited 10" vinyl has been hand pressed in half black and half white vinyl to represent the Ying and Yang between these two artists.

This project started way back in the Summer of 2019 after a long chat with Antidote about him having his own Skeleton EP. To say he was excited and felt honoured is an understatement.
He immediately started working on something fresh that he thought would be a good fit for the label, but unfortunately, in October 2019, before he could fully finish the track he was sadly and unexpectedly taken from us.
As well as leaving a void in our lives, he also left a void in the release schedule and I still somehow wanted him to be part of it.

Everything to do with Tris' music was left up to Threshold to deal with. Rightly so too, as these guys were very good, close friends. Brothers, but such opposites.
Luckily enough I had a WhatsApp message from Antidote with a snippet of the track and after sending it to Threshold he knew what the project was and said it was about 90% complete.
Seeing as I had been sitting on 'The Caution' from Threshold for a future release, my suggestion was that if he finished off the Antidote track, then I put both out as a joint vinyl from them.
He didn't need to be asked twice.

To have both of these guys music represented together on one piece of vinyl needed to have something special and after much thought, we came up with the Ying & Yang theme.
Each side has a little quote scribed into the run out and each side also has an endless loop at the end. This was most important for the Antidote side as we wanted it to represent his music living on endlessly.
It was also really important that this release was represented by the original skull, as both of them love that logo. It's been given that old aged look to show it's been shelved for many years and the design will be used for this release only.

Rest In Beats Tris. I'm glad that I could still carry out my promise to you.
