There are two remarkable "faults" between cover and label, 1st is the labelcode, LC6055 (CMP Records) on backcover and LC8098 (veraBRa Records) on label. On innersleeve there is a common contact-address for CMP & veraBRa Records in Cologne, maybe they worked together at that time.
The other difference is Temple Music (3) on backcover, as the company for handling the music of Jon Hiseman and Barbara Thompson. On label you can read 'All compostions by Barbara Thompson Sample Music' - maybe a typewriting mistake.
Different label to [r1381853].
Pressing plant not clear, I suppose Teldec Press GmbH (A-B-I, for Horst Angenendt, Teldec-Studio, Berlin), but I'm not sure, because of CMP - may be they've got also a pressing plant, not knowing whether they've got one.
