Italian opera singer Enrico Caruso is considered by many people the most famous opera singer of all time and the biggest recording artist of the early 20th century. My understanding is that this Zonophone of Caruso singing 'Luna Fedel' by composer Renato Zardo is one of seven recorded on April 19, 1903. Along with Un Bacio Ancora, this recording is even rarer than his other five Zono titles. Records made by the companies Zonophone and Pathe are Caruso's rarest as they almost never made it to America.
