2004 UK edition, enhanced, remastered CD. In addition to the standard tracks, it comes with four bonus tracks & two bonus videos. This UK release is in a digipak with a four-page booklet.
[Important notes]:
The 2004 remastered Assemblage digipak has the opening of track 1: Adolescent Sex, missing a few bass notes at the start.
Track 14: Life In Tokyo is labelled as the 1982 remix on the packaging when the actual audio is the original 12" single version [r=9352281] sourced from the LA master tape in Giorgio Moroder's studio.
On the 2006 [r=1154873] jewel-case reissue, the error on the opening of track 1: Adolescent Sex, is fixed. Track 14: Life In Tokyo, labelled as the 1982 remix, is the alternate Moroder mix made in 1979 but not released until 1982 on the cassette of [r=9470262].
Notes on 2004/2006 remastered issues:
Track 13: Life In Tokyo Part I (Special Remix) is an edited version of the 1982 Steve Nye extended remix. All four bonus tracks across both the 2004 & 2006 issues sourced from vinyl. Evidence that all four bonus tracks were sourced from vinyl by opening the tracks in Audacity and amplifying the ends of each track, revealing rumble and pops.
