Incomplete show recorded live at the NHK Hall, Tokyo, December 7, 1988.

This is the third gig of the band in Japan indeed.

The various Italian CD and 2LP releases are sourced from the Japanese CD "Live In Sanplaza-Hall 1988", which is an edited version of the complete Japanese 2CD set called "3rd Gig".
"My Michelle", the band introduction (played after "Welcome To The Jungle") and "Nightrain" (played after "Knockin' On Heaven's Door") are missing, and "Paradise City" is faded out, missing the last 2.38 minutes of the song.

Track C3, "14 Years", is listed on cover but not included.
