Note: The reissue of the promo 7" as a bonus with the album was intentionally devised, to respect the concept of a record company promo and integrity of this first time reissue of the promo format. Therefore was not orignally marketed to sold separately from the album. Hence the SHOUT! Productions cat# was notated to reference the connection of the 7" promo to the album.
