This claims to be recorded at the Spectrum, Philadelphia, PA August 6, 1975. However, the true recording date and location is Asbury Park Convention Hall, New Jersey, August 5, 1975.
Comes in a black box with "Black Sabbath Sabotaged August 6th, 1975" on the front in red, and "Black Sabbath Sabotaged" on the left side and top in red.
Includes an eight page black and white booklet.

300 pressed. I have heard there are 100 on purple marble vinyl and 200 on black, but I cannot confirm this.
