This version of the CD is identifiable as a 1st issue - both by the CD that is being advertised on the back page of the inlay:

"Tuff Jam Presents Underground Frequencies Volume 1."

The re-issue has an advert for 'Speed Garage Classics'.

Also, the mix on track 3 is titled as 'R.I.P. Mix Featuring Top Cat' but is the same as the 'Vocal Club Mix Featuring Top Cat'.

Original Top Cat vocals are sampled by Double 99 from "Request The Style" by Top Cat.
