Promo-Mono Mix
The mono mix was never commercially released to the public, and has never been available on CD or any other digital format.
White label promo
Issued in a regular stereo jacket, but with a sticker reading "PROMOTIONAL d/j copy monaural CSG PROCESS NOT FOR SALE" affixed to the front.
The labels remove mention of the word "STEREO", instead substituting the text "SAMPLE COPY NOT FOR SALE".
The labels also feature a catalog number unique to the mono edition, 1530 (the "SD-" prefix has been removed).
Featuring a different label layout than the other entry, as the word "MONO" is absent.
