This limited edition box set consists of a robust outer slipcase, containing four 10" records in individual picture sleeves and plain black card inners and a 12-page booklet of artwork, a band biography and discography housed inside its own protective gatefold picture sleeve.

Discs 3 and 4 recorded by VPRO Radio 3 on September 25th 1990 in Vrendenburg, Utrecht. Production by VPRO Radio 3.

Track positions on this release are listed sequentially for 1 to 17 for discs 1 and 2 and then 1 to 21 for discs 3 and 4. Tracks 18 and 19 on disc 2 are not listed on the artwork nor labels. They are solo performances by Black Francis, also released on master release.
