Outer-laminated gatefold sleeve.
Cat.nr. on back and spine reads A-9155; on the labels it's AS-9155. The matrix/runout etchings are identical to those of the 1st 1967 pressing, including the LW of Longwear Plating. This refers to the fact that this reissue was made by re-use of the original 1967 metal work or that the original 1967 lacquer was re-used to create new metal work.
