1) Laminated gatefold sleeve.
2) Top of spine lists catalog # as LSO-6006 (horizontally), while bottom of spine lists LSO 6006 (vertically).
3) Black, oval "MIRACLE SURFACE" hype sticker on front cover.
4) Top left front cover and top left inside gatefold lists catalog # as LSO-6006.
5) Bottom of side labels reads: TRADE MARKS ® REGISTERED • MARCAS REGISTRADAS • RADIO CORPORATION OF AMERICA–CAMDEN, N.J.–MADE IN U.S.A.
6) "STEREO ORTHOPHONIC" HIGH FIDELITY is printed beneath each side number on the right hand side of label bottoms.
7) LIVING STEREO is printed at the center of label bottoms.
8) No parentheses around matrix #s on labels.
9) "Orchestra conducted by Robert Corman" split over two lines on the label. (Some versions have it on one line.)
